We are capable of producing pipe diameter up to 710mm for PVC pipe. 

PVC four pipes extrusion line has its advantage of high production capacity. Comparing with the common extrusion line, this PVC four pipes extrusion line has much less investment at equipment cost, factory investment and production investment. PVC four pipes extrusion line has high capacity with less production consumption.

Working Process of the PVC electrical conduit pipe production line:
PVC powder+additive----mixing ----spring feeding -----twin screw extruder ----mould and calibrator -----vacuum forming table---- haul off machine ----cutting machine -----stacker.
The auxiliary equipments are mixer, printer, belling machine, crusher and so on.

Packing information:
Covering with plastic film, then be placed on wood pallets, next be fixed in container.
