Water Strand Pelletizing Production Line

Structure: high speed mixing machine-----automatic feeding machine------ twin-screw granulator cooling tank ------- dry machine------cutting machine Water strand can be divided into single screw water puller, double screw water puller and double step water puller three forms, for different rubber material with high mixing machine or crusher pre-processing material and then
extruded through the screw machine, after 8-12 meters of automatic circulation tank cooling strip cutting. The water-cooled strip pelletizing line uses water-cooled technology to form thermoplastics through an extruder, then goes through a cutting machine to screen and grade, and finally is cooled by cooling water, and removes water by centrifugal force. Finally, the cooled particles are dried by a dryer to form a uniform granulation product.
