The Automatic PE/PP/ABS/PVC/PET/PMMA/PC/PS Sheet/Plate/Board Extrusion Production Line is a high-productivity, fully automatic plastic extrusion machine. It consists of automatic feeding and drying, single/twin-screw extruder, screen changer, melt pump, T-die/hanger die, three-roll calender, cooling, haul-off, cutting, stacking, and PLC touch-screen control system. It can produce monolayer or multilayer co-extruded sheets, plates, and boards from various thermoplastics, with adjustable thickness, width, surface finish, and output. It features uniform plasticization, tight thickness tolerance, smooth surface, high output, low energy consumption, stable operation, and easy maintenance, making it ideal for continuous mass production.
Applications
Widely used in packaging, food, medical, electronics, home appliances, automotive, construction, advertising, decoration, chemical, water treatment, furniture, and other industries. It produces PE/PP boards, ABS sheets, PVC boards, PET sheets, PMMA acrylic sheets, PC solid sheets, PS sheets, etc., for thermoforming, printing, engraving, bending, welding, protection partitions, skylights, tanks, light boxes, automotive interiors, construction formwork, and more.
