 With PVC imitation marble sheet extrusion line and UV painting machine,PVC sheet is extruded out and shaped by three-roll calender. And the sheet surface is treated with UV directly in line,which makes a mirror-like surface with strong feeling of smooth and shining marble.

flowchart for PVC-CaCO3 decoration sheet production:
1. PVC powder and CaCO3 with additives mix together in swhl500/1000 mixing unit.
2. extrude PVC-CaCO3 sheet with conical twin-screw sheet extrusion line swdb-1,together in the line treat with the sheet surface with lamination film for different colors,and embossing textures with embossing roller system
3. treat with the sheet surface with swuv1300 UV painting machine (option for choosing)
4. crush the waste sheet corner into PCS with crusher swps400.
5. mill the waste PCS into powder with mf200-PVC milling machine for reextrusion
6. with high wear resistance and anti-corrosion
7. through processing, it can be prolong use life for screw and barrel
8. cold and heat spraying for hard metal process
