Application
This production line produces pellets by hot cutting, mainly PVC pellets.It is widely used in producing PVC granules/ pellets from the recycled material of rigid PVC, soft PVC and waste PVC, mixed material, recycled PVC powder etc.
Hot cutting granulator is composed by conical screw extruder, pelletizing die, blowing system and silo.Clients can add masterbatch to produce granules with different color.
The line includes:
1.Conical twin screw extruder: SJZ51/105, SJZ65/132,SJZ80/156,SJZ92/188
2.Granulator mould; die face cutting with high quality blades and high rotary mould
3.Hot cutting device;
4.Blower&Storage hopper:big size hopper with automatic filling system
