Introduction:
PVC glazed tile is a type of asbestos-free composited sheet, extruded based on PVC resin, co-extruded with ASA, PMMA engineering plastic. It's mainly applied in the building construction, to meet high quality roofing tile demand.
1.Producing process of our roof tile
Auto Feeding on a conveyor----> 1STglue spraying----->Stone chips dropping---->Loading into a Drying oven---->2 nd Glue spraying- --> Loading into a drying oven---->Finished products of roof tile
2.Component of our production line
Advantage:
1)Reduce glue consumption:the sensor on the glue spraying part,can detect the moving location of the tiles and control the spray gun working on and off automaticly.
2)The enlarged volume of the drying over saved energy and improve speed.The upgrade technology,the drying oven load the roof tile vertically.
3)Cleaning extra stone chip after stone chiping coating reduce the man power.
4)The seonsor to control sand hopper ON or OFF automaticly to reduce the bear of elevator and maxmize equipment life.

2).Heat resistant:90±2°C without obvious changes
3).Low temperature-Resistant:-40±2°C,24h without obvious changes
