It is specially used for belling of PVC pipes with OD 16-630mm.
The pipe belling type: Straight type and R type. The shaping method is External pressure system. After shaping the force water cooling of pipe are adopted to ensure precise belling size.
The machine can be used on complete extrusion line with PLC control.
The feature and application of SGK series full automatic belling machine:
1) It is suitable for plastic pipes with R type and U type.
2) Control:Japan Mitsubishi PLC.
3) Double, single or four ovens.
4) PVC pipe range: 16-630mm.
5) It can not only used in line with the pipe production line but also can be used alone.
6) The characteristics of this machine is full automatic, stable and reliable, easy to operate.
7) It adopts vacuum calibration inside the mould and force air/water cooling outside.
