Single Screw Extruder

Single screw extruder is a machine used to form a plastic product into the required shape. The machine heats the plastic raw material to its melting point, after which it is pushed through a die that gives the material its shape.

Single screw extruder is mainly composed if barrel, screw, driving system, heating part, cooling part, electric control cabinet. It is used in plasticizing and extruding of PE, PP,ABS,PVC, PET, PPR pipes, plates, sheets, film.profile, granules and other plastic products.

Application:

 

Pipe Extrusion: Single screw extruder is suitable for PP-R pipe, PE gas pipe, PEX cross-linked pipe, aluminum plastic composite pipe, PMMA pipe, PVC pipe, HDPE silicon core pipe and all kinds of co-extrusion composite pipe,etc.

Sheet and Board extrusion: small single screw extruder is suitable for extrusion of PVC, pet, PS, PP, PC, etc. Other kinds of plastics extrusion, such as wire, rod, etc.
Plastic Profile Extrusion: Adjusting the speed of extruder and changing the structure of extruder screw can be used to produce PVC, PP PE and other plastic profiles. Modified granulation: The pvc extruder is suitable for blending, modification and reinforcing granulation of various plastics.
